We do not buy toys.  All inventory is new stock direct from the distributor.

Return Policy:  All items in store and online are final sale.

Shipping:  We ship items as received from the manufacturer, if you are looking for mint/near mint condition items please contact us before placing order or preorder.  We are not responsible for shipping or manufacturer damages.

Preorders: Online and in store preorders must be paid in full when your order is processed, this cannot be cancelled, no exceptions will be made.  We will contact you when your item is available or if there is an issue with receiving the item.  For in person preorders, please know your items full name and toy line (ex. Figma, SH Figuarts, gunpla etc.) of the item.  Preorders are final sale and cannot be refunded.  

 

Preorders FYI:  Releases of preorder items can be delayed or moved up. Wholesalers occasionally put restrictions on the number of preorders for extremely popular items, in which case we would be unable to deliver the items to every customer. Sales prices and specifications can differ from those initially planned.  If production is cancelled we will provide a full refund.  Please note the card originally used to purchase the item must be available.  We can provide the refund but you would need to work with your bank once processed.

If you cancel or do not pick up your preorder items, you will not be able to place preorders in store or online in the future.  We do not order a number of items we place on preorder.  Thank you for understanding.

Preorders for more than one item will be shipped once all items arrive in store

Rewards Programs:

Online Customers Points: 

You may have noticed a new tab on the bottom left corner of our site.  That because we are now using a Rewards Program!  For every dollar you spend you earn 1 point.  At 500 points you earn $5.00, 1000 points-$10.00, 2500 points-$25.00. Points are redeemable online OR at Nakama Toys storefront.  

In-store customers:  Each visit where you spend at least $10 earns you a punch on your digital card. When your punch card is filled you earn $10 off your next purchase.  Limit one punch per transaction.  To keep track we will ask you to enter your phone or email after each transaction. Please enter the SAME information each visit to ensure your punches are tracked properly.   Rewards are redeemable in store only. 

Shipping:   DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

Domestic Orders:   For all other domestic orders it will be $10.00.  We will be using USPS priority or UPS.  Some items will require extra shipping and are noted in the description.  Refusal to pay extra shipment will cause the order to be cancelled and a refund will be processed. All orders will come with a tracking number. 

Pick Up Orders:  Anyone in Illinois can set their order for pick up.  We will hold in store with no expiration date.  For all Pick up orders the shipping and billing address must be the same.  All orders that have different billing and pick up addresses will be cancelled immediately.  Pick up orders that need to be shipped can request a shipping invoice for $10 that can be paid online.

Return Policy:  All items in store and online are final sale.

Defective items will not be returned or exchanged.  Please contact the respective company for replacement parts.

Do you offer Gift Cards?  Yes we do, 10, 25, 50, and 100 dollar increments!

A customer purchases a gift card the same way they purchase any other product from the store.

You will recieve an email that contains contains:

  • The gift card code, used at checkout to redeem the value of the gift card when purchasing a product from the store at a later time;
  • A print button, for obtaining a paper copy of the gift card;
  • An email button, for sharing the gift card with the giftee;
  • A start shopping button, for quickly navigating back to your store.
